Clover Culinary Projects began as an event catering collaboration between us - Gabby Nass & Fiona Robison. We have worked together in the business of food & entertaining for a lifetime in Melbourne, Sydney & London.
We opened our kitchen doors in 2016 & quickly built a reputation for our inspired food offering, stylish presentation, polished service team & project management nous.
Our aim was to create an inspired business that would be a fun place to work, offering delicious & beautifully presented food, polished service & an unforgettable event experience. We are fortunate to have attracted an incredible team of likeminded hospitality superstars that share our vision.
It’s our combined, continued passion for eating, drinking, cooking, sharing, service, giving & classic hospitality that inspires us to love what we do. This sense of generosity & fun is the foundation of our business.
