Clover Culinary Projects began as an event catering collaboration between us - Gabby Nass & Fiona Robison. We have worked together in the business of food & entertaining for a lifetime in Melbourne, Sydney & London.
We opened our kitchen doors in 2016 & quickly built a reputation for our inspired food offering, stylish presentation, polished service team & project management nous.
Our aim was to create an inspired business that would be a fun place to work, offering delicious & beautifully presented food, polished service & an unforgettable event experience. We are fortunate to have attracted an incredible team of likeminded hospitality superstars that share our vision.
It’s our combined, continued passion for eating, drinking, cooking, sharing, service, giving & classic hospitality that inspires us to love what we do. This sense of generosity & fun is the foundation of our business.
The driving force behind the kitchen
Simon Tarbuck is our Executive Chef and has been an integral part of our business since day one. As the driving force behind the Clover Kitchen, he leads with precision, consistency, and a genuine love of beautiful food.
Originally from the UK and with a strong restaurant background, Simon brings a level of discipline and expertise that underpins everything we do. He runs the kitchen like a well-oiled machine — calm under pressure, focused, and highly efficient — ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. His attention to detail is second to none, and he delivers quality and consistency with quiet brilliance every day.
Endlessly curious and deeply passionate about his craft, Simon is inspired by beautiful produce, interesting ingredients, and the blending of modern ideas with classic cooking. He loves logistical challenges and has a rare ability to take our more whimsical ideas and transform them into something seamless and achievable in a catering environment.
Simon has played a defining role in shaping Clover’s identity, our reputation, and the trust our clients place in us.
